  • For sourcing requests: target dimensions, category, budget range, and deadline
Project basics

Use this for refinishing jobs or designer/stager sourcing requests. The more specific you are, the faster we can confirm whether the piece, timing, and direction are realistic.

Project type Required

Photos are the fastest way to confirm whether a piece is a good refinishing candidate.

We review fit before quoting or sourcing. Not every piece or search is a good candidate. If you do not have photo links, submit the form and email photos to hello@studioalder.co afterward.

FAQ

A few details before you reach out.

How do I hear about finished pieces?

Join first access. Finished releases are announced to the Studio Alder list first when possible, then posted more widely if they are still available.

Do you sell directly through the site?

Not yet. The First-Access List is the main buying path for new finished-piece releases. Marketplace may still handle active purchase conversations while online checkout is being built.

What pieces are worth refinishing?

Stable vintage or antique dressers, nightstands, tables, cabinets, consoles, and accent pieces are strongest. Disposable flat-pack furniture is not a good fit.

Can designers or stagers request sourcing?

Yes, selectively. Send room context, category, target dimensions, budget range, deadline, and finish direction so the search can be scoped honestly.

Where does Studio Alder work?

Studio Alder is based in Longmont and works across nearby Front Range communities as scheduling, piece size, pickup, and delivery allow.
